Setting up a new cloud environment or migrating existing workloads involves both application and operations teams. With our Microsoft Solutions Partner (Cloud & AI Platforms) expertise, we design and deploy Azure Landing Zone and AKS architectures alongside AWS (EKS), GCP (GKE) and on-premises RKE2 around your data residency, networking, identity and operational needs.
Scope of the work
- Cloud environment design based on data residency, networking, identity and storage needs
- A phased migration plan covering application dependencies, tests and rollback steps
- Domain modeling and service boundary definition
- Containerization, with a standard for base images, Helm and Kustomize
- Production-grade cluster setup on AKS, EKS or GKE, or on RKE2 on premises
- A delivery pipeline with GitOps and progressive rollout (canary, blue-green)
- Service-to-service communication: synchronous APIs, event streams, messaging
- Observability, SLOs and alerting
- Handover of on-call rotation, runbooks and operational ownership
How we work
Architecture and cluster design
We select managed Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) or RKE2 around data residency, and design control plane, node pools, networking, storage and identity.
Phased migration plan
We break the migration into stages by business impact and dependencies, running old and new components side by side.
Progressive cutover and rollback
We shift traffic gradually after verifying tests, acceptance criteria and rollback steps with the application team.
Tooling
- Clusters
- AKSEKSGKERKE2 (on-premises installations)

Deliverables and handover
At handover your team receives the running cluster, the access model, step-by-step guides for taking new services to production, observability dashboards and runbooks.
