To take a model from experiment into production, we bring experiment tracking, model records, serving and monitoring together. GPU capacity is planned around the actual workload.

Platform layers

  • Experiment tracking and metadata: MLflow and Weights & Biases for parameters, metrics and artifacts
  • Model registry and feature store: MLflow Registry and Feast for training-serving consistency
  • Pipeline orchestration: Kubeflow Pipelines, Airflow, Dagster, ZenML (Kubernetes-native execution)
  • Labeling and dataset management: Label Studio, with labeled data stored on object storage
  • Serving: REST/gRPC on KServe and BentoML; Triton Inference Server for GPU workloads; vLLM for large language models
  • Hardware layer: NVIDIA driver, containerd configuration, device plugin and MIG slices

How we work

  • Data, code and model versions recorded in the model registry
  • Human approval, audit trail and reversible releases from staging to production
  • Predictions traceable back to the data and code version that produced them
  • Isolated experiment environments and KVKK-compliant data masking

Monitoring and evaluation

  • Production drift: Evidently and WhyLabs for data and prediction drift
  • Data quality checks: Great Expectations and Soda for training and inference data validation
  • Live metrics: latency, throughput and error rate on the same dashboard as service telemetry via OpenTelemetry
  • Eval harness: regression tests, A/B comparison and shadow deployment for low-risk validation
