Manual deployments and differences between environments can make releases difficult. Once release steps run through CI/CD, your team can trace the approvals and tests behind each change and see how to roll it back. We share setup and operational information with your team as well.

Scope of the work

  • Building or overhauling the CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Infrastructure as code with a pull-request-based change flow
  • Software supply chain: generating SBOMs, artifact signing, source verification
  • Static analysis, dependency and image scanning wired into the pipeline
  • Policy enforcement: rule sets running in the cluster and in the pipeline
  • Key and credential management, and removing long-lived keys from the pipeline

Infrastructure and release flow

  1. Pull request and plan output

Every change opens as a pull request with the pipeline plan output attached to the review.

  2. Security and policy gates

Static analysis, dependency scans, SBOM/signing and policy checks run automatically against that plan.

  3. Automated apply and state lock

The pipeline applies approved changes with a locked state file, and scheduled drift checks keep the repository aligned with production.
